熟食柜压缩机绕组烧毁注意的问题

　　1、上线时候不得使用吸、排气管和储液器来搬运压缩机，以避免对压缩机外观造成损伤。

　　2、熟食柜制冷压缩机脚垫与压缩机地脚固定螺母之间必须保证一定的间隙，否则压缩机本身的振动容易通过地脚螺栓传递到底盘引起系统的振动大。该间隙一般要求在0.5~2mm之间;注意安装过程中不要强行打入固定螺母导致地脚螺栓的弯曲变形。

　　3、装配过程中时候要注意熟食柜制冷压缩机与配管、管与管之间的距离至少应该有15~20mm，以避免出现碰管现象。

　　4、拔掉熟食柜制冷压缩机的橡皮塞到焊接配管之间的间隔时间最好不超过15分钟(特别是新冷媒空调，注意换班与工间休息时不要停放未拔掉橡胶塞的压缩机)，而且要注意此间的工序过程不要存在可能导致有异物落到压缩机内部的工序(如在压缩机上方上螺钉等)存在。

　　绝对禁止有任何异物(包括任何固体、液体)从排气管或者吸气管进入熟食柜制冷压缩机内部;如果有异物进入压缩机内部，请不要运行并将该压缩机封口下线。

　　4. The interval between the rubber plug of the refrigerator compressor of the fresh meat cabinet to the welding pipe is best not more than 15 minutes (especially the new refrigerant air conditioner, pay attention to the shift and the interworker rest not to unplug the compressor of the rubber plug), and be aware that the process does not exist in this process that may cause the foreign body to fall inside the compressor. The process (such as the upper screw on the compressor) exists.

　　Absolutely prohibit any foreign objects (including any solid, liquid) from the exhaust pipe or suction pipe into the refrigerator compressor of the fresh meat cabinet; if there are foreign objects entering the compressor, do not run the compressor and seal the compressor off the line.
